Please be advised the effective date for the Insurance Adjustment Factor (IAF) changes is 1 October 2023 – not 1 August 2023 as communicated yesterday.
The new rates are as follows:
| Insurance Levy IAF (TEU) * | $ 16.00 |
| Insurance Levy (Tonne/JAS etc) | $ 1.00 |
| Insurance Levy (Cruise vessel) | $ 5,100.00 |
| IAF per TEU travelling on Rail* | $ 1.95 |
| IAF per TEU packed or devanned at Port Pack | $ 1.95 |
| *Full containers only |
