Napier Port is searching for a new director, following a decision by Melbourne-based ports expert Stephen Bradford to resign his role on the board.
Napier Port Chairman Mr Alasdair MacLeod says the board is sorry to lose such a wealth of expertise.
“It’s not easy to find professional directors of Stephen’s calibre. As a former Chief Executive of Ports of Melbourne, his depth of knowledge is second to none when it comes to ports.
“His experience and expertise have been of huge value around the board table at Napier Port, and it was with real regret that I accepted his resignation.”
Napier Port is now recruiting for a new director. In the meantime, CEO Todd Dawson will take a seat at the board table.
