Operational Information Update

Kia ora,

We know our customers are looking ahead to arrangements over the Easter period and the 2024 Season. So to help with your Logistics and planning we want to make sure you have Napier Port’s hours of operation and operational changes information as below.

7 Day Rule Introduction:
We are actively working to ensure the flow of your cargo through Napier Port during busy times, particularly during our traditional export peak season. From 6:00am Monday 11 March, we will only accept containers seven calendar days out from the arrival of the vessel on which that container is booked and confirmed.  The calculation for ALL containers will be ‘day of vessel arrival minus 6 days’

Saturday Opening Hours

We will be opening The Western Gate and Thames St I & II Depots from Saturday 6 April until further notice as per the hours below.
