Update to Thames Street I and II Depots Hours of Operation

Please be advised, Napier Port will be changing the opening hours at our Thames Street I and II Depots. There will be no change to current R & D opening hours at Napier Port. From Monday 28th August 2023, our hours of operation will be as follows:

Note: The last time zone to book VBS at Thames Street I and II Depots will be 1400. This zone is open for Trucks from 1340 – 1520hrs.
**Late Process: VBS – Zones 17 & 18 (Security Gate closes at 1900 to container trucks)
Napier Port offers a Monday to Friday late process for the collection of import full containers or drop off of export containers, provided that the following conditions are met:
The export container has been pre-advised through Propel Export Pre-Advice Portal or business-to-business EDI messaging by 4:00pm.
The import container to be collected is a specific nominated container and not a hazardous or out of gauge container (no block stack containers)
The container has a Propel VBS booking, with a truck registration included in Propel by 4:00pm.
The truck enters through Port Security at the Eastern Gate (Marine Parade end) from 4:40pm onwards.
There is no late process for Empty Returns.
