Vehicle Booking System – empty container bookings
Good morning,
As signalled in our emails of 10 August and 30 September 2022 (which discussed our general tariff rates from 1 October 2022), in December we are extending our Vehicle Booking System tariff of $15 per container to include empty container bookings via our Propel VBS system at our Thames Street depots.
To avoid any confusion from a mid-week implementation of the tariff, we will start charging for VBS empty booking pick-ups and drop-offs from 0700 on Monday 5 December.
The empty booking system will become operational this evening, giving your team the opportunity to become familiar with the booking system before Monday. Terminal Services Supervisor Tracy Coutts will be in touch shortly with operational details.
If you have any questions or need more information, please contact Tracy at tracyc@napierport.co.nz
Yours sincerely
Kind regards,
David Kriel

Sustainability aligned with global goals:
At the United Nations summit meeting in September 2015, world leaders adopted 17 global goals (and 169 targets) as a set of universal goals that aim to address the urgent environmental, political and economic challenges facing our world. These are known as the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
