MONDAY PM GATE ACCESS, VBS AND LATE TRUCK INSTRUCTIONS

• The last West Gate zone in Propel on Monday’s will be 1400 with trucks arriving up until 1530hrs at our Western Gate entrance.
• Late Trucks will still be available via our Eastern Gate, Marine Parade from 1540hrs for the 1600/1700/1800 zones.
• All VBS bookings for ALL zones must be completed by 1500hrs.
• If a vessel is cutting off on a Monday for Exports, containers must be Pre-advised and VBS booked by 1500hrs with entry until 1900hrs through the Eastern Gate, Marine Parade
• No Late Trucks available for KiwiRail or Hazardous containers (in or out) or Group pickups as usual.
• The Thames Street Depots will operate as normal, closing at 1630hrs with no late trucks.
• Late Trucks are to follow the normal route to Loading Zone 1 and not follow any other trucks in the terminal as they may be part of the ongoing Trial.

TUESDAY – FRIDAY LATE PROCESS – ZONES 17 & 18
(Security Gate closes at 1900hrs to container trucks)

Napier Port offers a late process of  import and export containers, provided that the following conditions are met:

• The export container has been pre-advised through the Propel Export Pre-Advice Portal or business-to-business EDI messaging by 4:00pm
• The import container to be collected is a specific nominated container and not a hazardous or out of gauge container (no block stack containers).
• The export container must have a CEDO by 4:00pm.
• The container has a Propel VBS booking, with a truck registration included in Propel by 4:00pm.
• The truck enters through Port Security at the Eastern Gate (Marine Parade end) from 4:40pm to 7:00pm.

There is no late process for empty returns.

Our Marine and Mooring operation runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Its only closure is from 11:59pm Christmas Eve until 6:00am Boxing Day.
