Napier Port distributes $805,000 Employee Recognition Scheme payment to its team
On Tuesday 16 November, Napier Port released its annual results for the financial year ending 30 September 2021.
Following the announcement, Napier Port’s board approved an Employee Recognition Scheme (gross) payment of $805,000 – a record recognition pay-out.
The gross value payment is $2,779 pro rata per full time employee, made up of a mix of cash and Napier Port shares.
It is fantastic to be able to recognise and reward everyone for contributing to the performance of our business this year.
