As we come toward the end of the peak season, Napier Port will be returning to standard R&D hours of operation from Tuesday 7 June 2022. We will be reducing our opening hours at our Container Terminal Western Gate and Thames Street Depots as below.
Important Note: Our Container Terminal Western Gate and Thames Street Depots will be closed on Saturdays from 11 June, earlier than previously communicated.

Napier Port offers a Monday to Friday late process of import and export containers, provided that the following conditions are met:
The export container has been pre-advised through the Community Access Portal or business-to-business EDI messaging by 1700.
The import container to be collected is a specific nominated container and not a hazardous or out of gauge container (no block stack containers)
The container has a Propel VBS booking, with a truck registration included in Propel by 1700.
The truck enters through Port Security at the Eastern Gate (Marine Parade end) from 1740 onwards.
There is no late process for Empty Returns.
