Port Pass Company Administrator Portal Goes Live Next Week
Kia ora Port Pass Company Administrator,
As per our communication at the end of August (available here), the new Port Pass Company Administrator portal is set to go live on Monday 19 September. Aligned to Napier Port’s access requirements, all Port Pass card holders will now be required to renew their H&S Induction every two years. Those card holders who have held their cards for two or more years will be the first ones due for a renewal.
Our new, user-friendly portal will allow you to manage this online Health & Safety Induction renewal process for all of your port users. The portal will allow administrators to easily track and help process the following information:
- Upcoming H&S Induction expirations (every two years)
- Incomplete Induction renewals
- Upcoming Port Pass card expirations (every five years)
- Uncollected Port Pass cards
What do you need to do?
On Monday 19 September, all company administrators are set to receive a unique usercode and instructions on how to set up your own access to the new Port Pass Company Administrator portal. You will be required to reset your password, so please read the instructions carefully. Once completed you will have full access to the portal and be able to start managing your organisation’s Port Pass card holders.
The email you receive on Monday will also include a link to the Company Administrator Procedure user manual, which is available on the Napier Port’s Access the Port web page here.

Sustainability aligned with global goals:
At the United Nations summit meeting in September 2015, world leaders adopted 17 global goals (and 169 targets) as a set of universal goals that aim to address the urgent environmental, political and economic challenges facing our world. These are known as the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
