Port Pass – Company Administrator Usercode

Kia ora Port Pass Company Administrator,

In September 2022 the new Port Pass Company Administrator portal went live. This enables the nominated ‘Port Pass’ Administrator to login with an Admin Usercode to manage employees Port Pass registrations.

If you have not received your Admin Usercode please contact Port Pass support  at support@portpass.co.nz or 0800 767 877

Key Admin Functions include: 

• Managing H&S Induction & Renewals
• Removing employees that no longer work for your company
• Verifying and paying for New or replacement cards and Induction Renewals
• Editing details such as updating email address and phone numbers

If a new employee to your company has a current Port Pass card, contact Port Pass support to transfer them over to your company.

IMPORTANT: Induction RENEWALS

H&S Inductions must be up to date to avoid being turned away.

When a H&S Induction has or is about to expire, the Company Administrator will receive an ‘Induction expiry alert’ email which contains a list of employees.

• Click on ‘Purchase Induction Renewals’
• Login using your Company Admin USERCODE and Password
• Once logged in, click on the RENEWALS tab, this will take you to the below two key tabs.
