R&D Hours of Operation: Closed for Matariki Public Holiday

Please be advised that Napier Port’s Container Terminal and Thames Street I and II Depots will be closed for receiving and delivery this Friday 28 June for the Matariki public holiday.
Our Container Terminal and Thames Street I and II Depots are also closed on Saturday and Sunday, as per our normal hours of operation.

Napier Port offers a late process of import and export containers, provided that the following conditions are met:
- The export container has been pre-advised through the Propel Export Pre-Advice Portal or business-to-business EDI messaging by 5:00pm
- The export container must have a CEDO by 5:00pm
- The container has a Propel VBS booking, with a truck registration included in Propel by 5:00pm
- The import container to be collected is a specific nominated container and not a hazardous or out of gauge container (no block stack containers)
- The truck enters through Port Security at the Eastern Gate (Marine Parade end) from 5:40pm onwards.
There is no late process for empty returns.
