Updated Annual Tariff Schedule Details and Important CEDO Reminder

Further to our customer advisory sent out on Monday 14 July (available here), we have made some minor adjustments to the tariff schedule – primarily related to decimal point display errors in our insurance charges. Thank you to our eagle-eyed customers for bringing them to our attention.

CEDO and Cut-off Process – Important Update
For vessels sailing on or after 1 October 2025, the following cut-off process for CEDOs will apply:
Exports Remaining on Wharf – No CEDO
If a container does not have a valid CEDO by 1700 hours on the vessel cut-off day, the container(s) will be rolled to the next available vessel and a No CEDO charge will apply.
Ongoing Notifications
Please note the following notifications will continue as part of our standard process:
Automated messages with CEDO status are sent to customers every 12 hours
Automated messages are sent to carriers three times daily
Carriers will be notified at the time of offloading if a container does not meet the CEDO cut-off.
